Hegemony is an asymmetric politico-economic game in which players represent the Working Class, Middle Class, Capitalist Class, or the State in a fictional country. Each role has different incentives and tools, but the systems are tightly linked through production, labor, taxation, welfare, and public policy. It is known for turning macroeconomics and class conflict into a heavy interactive strategy game rather than a traditional war or engine-building contest.
