When you sign in with Google, we collect Google account data needed for authentication and account linking, including your Google account identifier (sub), email address, and email verification status. Depending on Google response, we may also receive basic profile fields such as display name.

We also collect technical and security data such as IP address, browser information, session metadata, and request logs.

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features in Tabletop Hunt, including account authentication, account linking, session security, and account recovery workflows.

Tabletop Hunt's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or other personal data to third parties.

We may disclose data only in limited cases: to service providers acting on our instructions to operate the service, for security and abuse prevention, to comply with legal obligations, or as part of a business transfer permitted by law.

We do not transfer Google user data for targeted advertising, data brokerage, personalized ads, retargeting, creditworthiness, lending, or AI model training.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data confidentiality and integrity, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, authentication controls, monitoring/logging, and secure credential handling practices.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data, including Google-linked account identifiers, for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

7. Your Controls

You can update profile fields in account settings. You can also revoke Tabletop Hunt access to your Google account from your Google security permissions page at any time.

9. Public Content

Content posted to public areas of Tabletop Hunt, including public profiles and public lists, may be visible to other users and search engines.

10. Children

Tabletop Hunt is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
