Planet is a family strategy game built around magnetic terrain tiles and oversized 3D planet cores. Players add forests, deserts, mountains, and ice to their personal world, then try to satisfy animal habitat requirements to score the most points. Its standout feature is physical: instead of building on a flat board, you are literally shaping a small dodecahedron planet over the course of play. The rules are accessible, but the spatial puzzle of arranging biomes efficiently gives it more bite than its play time suggests.
