In Frosted Blooms, players assume the role of master gardeners competing to create the most admired tulip garden over ten rounds. Each turn involves selecting a landscape tile, adding it to your garden, and playing a landscape card to score based on patterns. Enclosing empty spaces allows for the placement of workers, barns, or windmills, which provide significant end-game bonuses. The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
