In Formaggio, players assume the role of Italian cheesemakers in the early 20th century, crafting, aging, and selling artisanal cheeses to become the most prestigious creamery in Italy. The game introduces four new board quadrants, each presenting unique challenges: Vigneto, Venetian Canals, Regioni of Italy, and Banca.
