Ex Libris is a library-building game about sending assistants into a magical village to gather books and organize them into the most impressive collection. Each round, players use worker placement-style actions at changing locations to draft books and gain special effects, then score for shelf order, variety, and avoiding banned books. Its theme leans whimsical, but the central puzzle is spatial and tactical: build an efficient, alphabetized fantasy library before inspection.
